Mr. Brezack founded Brezack and Associates, LLC in 2010 as a small business enterprise to provide environmental planning services to private and public sector clients throughout the United States. He specializes in the development of creative planning solutions to public and private utility development and has significant expertise in water conservation program development. Jim has over 25 years of experience as an environmental consultant and has won accolades for his work throughout California and the Western U.S. He is an invited speaker, and an instructor at the University of California, Davis and at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at San Francisco State.
